I appreciate you taking the time to find out more about me. I am an independent real estate broker and Realtor who specializes in commercial property investments and luxury residential homes. I operate my business as a boutique style firm with special attention to personal service. I work with a smaller number of clients enabling me to spend more time and provide a better personalized service during each step of the buying or selling experience. All parts of the transaction are handled personally by me, without assistants or coordinators, providing the client with a higher quality service. I take great pride in the quality and integrity of the service I offer.

I know how frightening real estate transactions can be… I've been there myself with the homes and investments that I’ve personally bought and sold. I'm here for my clients to change that overwhelming experience into one which is more relaxed and comfortable. My goal is to become your real estate advocate every step of the way.

My Experience

I have been exposed to real estate my whole life being brought up in a family of successful real estate brokers, contractors, and developers. Inspired by them, I chose my career in real estate after graduating from the University of Southern California with both undergraduate and masters MBA business degrees that emphasized real estate finance.

I began selling real estate as a fully licensed broker in 1997. Over the years I've developed an extensive real estate transaction and negotiation expertise derived from my broad experience in commercial and residential real estate. I have successfully sold properties throughout our Southern California marketplace and have also represented California investment buyers who have purchased real estate in several states across our nation. My sold transactions include retail shopping centers, net lease investments, ground leases, residential homes, raw land, foreclosures, short sales, business opportunities, and trust sales. I have guided many of my investment clients through complex multiple party IRS 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Conejo, Simi, Moorpark Association of Realtors.
